Booking a presentation on the Czech Republic

Every presentation requires:

  • reservation of a meeting room
  • use of IT equipment (laptop, projector)
  • creation of press kits
  • refreshments – soft drinks
  • normally two members of the CzechTourism team will be responsible for the presentation
  • the presentation should not last more than 60 minutes

Presentation content:

  • general information on the Czech Republic
  • CzechTourism activities, the strategy for marketing the Czech Republic on foreign tourism markets
  • analyses of developments in incoming tourism to the Czech Republic in the years 1992–2007
  • analyses of a single source country, seasonal fluctuations, trends etc
  • discussion, question-and-answer session

Cost:

  • Presentations for official delegations (NGOs, local authorities, state bodies): free
  • Presentations for schools:

-         in a foreign language: 3,000  CZK without VAT. If a school in another country expresses an interest in hosting a presentation, this figure will be quoted in euros according to the exchange rate at the time.

-         in Czech for foreign students (the school should ensure an interpreter is present): 2,000 CZK without VAT
