Based on passenger ratings, Václav Havel Airport Prague ranks among the top European airports for service quality. Following a year-long passenger satisfaction survey, the airport was honored with the 2024 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Award.
In last year’s ASQ assessment, Václav Havel Airport Prague was ranked among airports handling 5 to 15 million passengers annually and stood out among 36 European airports in this category. The award, which reflects passenger satisfaction over the entire year, is based on overall impressions gathered through the ASQ survey conducted before departure. Alongside Prague, airports in Ankara, Izmir, Thessaloniki, Malta, Milan (Linate), and Seville were also recognized in the same group. In the detailed evaluations, travelers particularly praised Václav Havel Airport Prague for its cleanliness, short waiting times at passport control, and the good value of transportation to the airport.
