Pilsner Urquell to Open a Unique Interactive Beer Centre in Prague!
Very soon, on 22 April 2023, Wenceslas Square in Prague will see the opening of a giant interactive experiential exhibition entitled Pilsner Urquell: The Original Beer Experience. It engages all the senses, takes you on a tour through the story of the Pilsner Urquell brand, and even teaches you how to pull a draught beer.

It's already bubbling! Pilsner Urquell: The Original Beer Experience is opening more than just its taps

Pilsner lager, which accounts for 75% of global production, is one of Czechia’s most famous products. So, it’s no wonder that (besides Pilsen), there is now a place in the Czech capital that allows visitors to experience this global phenomenon close up. Pilsner Urquell: The Original Beer Experience will guide you through the past and present of one of the world's most popular beer brands.

3 floors packed with entertainment

You’ll find this unusual attraction in a historical building on Wenceslas Square in the centre of Prague. The exhibition, covering three floors, presents the fascinating story of the Pilsner Urquell beer and brand, revealing the secrets of the brewing processes and enabling you to enjoy a tasting session in an authentic beer hall, where the bartenders will guide you through the art of pulling draught beer.

Get some milk on tap!

Or learn to tap a beer yourself! The exclusive Tapster Academy teaches you three ways to tap Pilsner beer: hladinka ("flat top"), šnyt ("1:1 foam and beer ratio") and mlíko ("milk"). The programme also includes the chance to taste various types of beer with a delicious range of snacks.
