Prague Airport is helping passengers prepare for a smooth and stress-free journey with five practical travel tips. Through its annual “Check-in” campaign, travellers can find guidance on when to arrive at the airport, how to move efficiently through baggage drop and security checks, and important information on varying liquid restrictions across terminals. The campaign launches ahead of what is expected to be a record-breaking peak travel season this year.
Passengers can access travel tips, practical videos, and live flight updates through Prague Airport’s Check-in campaign and digital assistant AVA. Travellers are encouraged to arrive early this summer, as roadworks near the airport may cause delays, with public transport recommended as the easiest option.
Self-service check-in and baggage drop services continue to grow in popularity, helping passengers avoid queues. New CT scanners in Terminal 2 have also improved the security process, allowing passengers to keep electronics packed and carry larger volumes of liquids. With a record summer season expected, Prague Airport anticipates welcoming more than 11.9 million passengers.
