The Bohém Restaurant is located in the perfectly situated Hotel Aplaus in the centre of the beautiful historic town of Litomyšl. The menu is largely based on traditional Czech cuisine. Great emphasis is placed on quality, fresh and regional ingredients. You can choose from the lunch menu or the permanent menu, which is complemented by various Mediterranean specialties. Bohém regularly prepares special menus, such as the carpaccio menu, M. D. Rettig's specialties, French or Japanese cuisine days or Steak House Aplaus.
