The chef behind everything is Jiří Švestka, who continued his father's cooking skills at Horizont. Together with his colleagues, he prepares dishes both classically, with a passion for recipes from the old days - and in the spirit of modern gastronomy. Our own hotel patisserie is also renowned, and people from the surrounding area buy goodies from it.
