The Festival Opera Barocca is a unique project, the only one which presents early music, dance and singing in the authentic style, as they have been performed in the times of their origin. The treasures of baroque music, the leading artists, the historical instruments, a beautiful scenography an attractive illumination by candle lights and the historic environments of the magnificent Prague palaces, help to create a magical festival atmosphere. The Institute of Baroque Culture in cooperation with organizers of Prague Carnevale present in a new production for Summer Season 2013 series of musical-dance images from famous ballets and operas 17th and 18th century.
