Enjoy a tasting menu – whether for dinner or Saturday breakfast – in which each course highlights a key local ingredient. In 2025, the restaurant received a Michelin star as well as a Michelin Green Star, and the Gault&Millau guide awarded it three toques.
Štangl, located on the first floor above the acclaimed Eska bakery and restaurant in Prague’s hip Karlín district, presents modern interpretations of Czech cuisine with a strong emphasis on local ingredients and respect for nature. In the open kitchen, chefs work with produce from fields, the wild and the restaurant's own hydroponic farm, which guests can see during their visit. Noble moulds and fermentation also play an important role in the kitchen.
Experience the chefs’ creativity through a three- or five-course evening tasting menu, or experience the restaurant's distinctive combinations of flavours and textures with a three-course breakfast served every Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m.
