Papilio’s cuisine draws inspiration from traditional Czech recipes, reinterpreted in a modern way. Head chef Jan Knedla combines elements of haute cuisine, contemporary gastronomic trends and influences from non-European cuisines in his tasting menus. Each dish is a carefully composed combination of flavours, aromas and textures that also considers the way it is served and eaten, allowing guests to fully experience its most subtle nuances.
