In 2020, the heritage-listed cellars were brought back to life with the craft of brewing. Alongside brewing beer under the TVARG brand, an artisanal workshop for fragrant “Tvargle” cheese was also established. You can sample everything in the brewery pub or take the products home with you. Visitors can explore the secrets of beer and cheese production through guided tours and tastings. Brewery tours include beer tastings and even a beer tapping workshop. Cheese tours take you into the stone cellars and cheese-making exhibit, topped off with a tasting of Tvargle.
The Tvarg Brewery also organizes the now-traditional event “Tvarg Fest,” held every September. Come and taste regional Tvarg beer and artisanal Tvargle made from honest Czech curd.
