One of the biggest motorsport events on the Masaryk circuit draws a quarter of a million fans from around the world to Brno every year. The most prestigious motorcycle championship in the world has been run on the Masaryk circuit since 1965. After five years, the MotoGP World Road Motorcycle Championship returns to Czechia.

MotoGP in Brno is one of the most important and popular stops on the world motorcycle racing calendar. The Masaryk Circuit, where the races take place, is famous for its technical difficulty, beautiful natural surroundings, and the atmosphere loved by both fans and riders. The Brno track offers a mix of fast corners, long straights, and challenges for riders and teams, ensuring exciting and unpredictable races.

Riders compete in the categories of 150 cc, 250cc (Moto2) and premier-class 500 cc (MotoGP). Among the most successful racers of Grand Prix Brno is František Šťastný, František Bartoš, Max Biaggi, Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo.

For spectators, several large screens and dozens of concessions have been prepared.
