A series of events, included under the festival of fun Brno – a city in the middle of Europe, has been traditionally linked to the international competition of fireworks with music by Starobrno – Ignis Brunensis. The venue is not only the city and Špilberk Castle and Veveří, but also Brno Dam. The grand finale is a fireworks show above Špilberk.
World competition of artistic fireworks and drone shows in Brno. The name Ignis Brunensis translates from Latin as "Brno Flame" and refers to the essence of the entire festival and its location in the Moravian capital.
The Ignis Drone Show will take on a European dimension, with two different light shows featuring animations in the sky using a huge fleet of 500 drones taking place on two Saturdays above the Brno Dam.
As part of Ignis Brunensis, four artistic fireworks displays are being prepared at the Brno Dam and in the center of Brno by the best foreign and Czech teams.
The artistic fireworks and drone shows will be accompanied by dozens of entertainment events, including Fun Under the Walls with the popular Transport Nostalgia and other programs.
