The Museum Night is an event when museums, galleries, and other cultural sites stay open after dusk, usually until midnight. Admission is either a symbolic donation or completely free.
The phenomenon of Museum Nights has been part of the permanent presentations of cultural heritage in large European metropolises for many years in a particularly attractive way. In addition to tours of their permanent exhibits and exhibitions, museums and galleries offer night visitors many accompanying and cultural programs and become places of extraordinary and unexpected experiences and meetings.
The national opening of the 22th Museum Nights Festival will take place on Friday, May 15, 2026, in Znojmo.
