The Women’s EHF European Handball Championship 2026 will bring elite European handball to Czechia after 36 years. From 3 to 20 December 2026, five host countries will welcome fans to one of the biggest sporting events of the year – with Brno hosting the Czech matches of the group stage.

The Women’s EHF EURO 2026 will be held across five European countries – Czechia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Türkiye. The group stage takes place in all host nations, while the main round moves to Poland and Romania. The tournament will culminate in a spectacular final weekend in Katowice, Poland(18–20 December 2026).

In Czechia, the championship returns after more than three decades. Brno will host Group D matches from 4 to 8 December 2026, with two games played on each match day, including appearances by the Czech national team. The games are planned for the new T-Mobile Arena Brno, a modern venue currently under construction. Fans can also look forward to a large-scale show and a rich accompanying programme, with events and activities planned in Brno throughout 2026.
