We present some of the biggest names appearing in the summer at multi-genre festivals and concerts across the country. This year's amazing line-up includes some of the world's biggest stars! The festival season in Czechia can begin.
The unique industrial backdrop of Colours of Ostrava (16. - 19.7. 2025) will be welcoming punk rock legend Iggy Pop, returning after 15 years. Other festival highlights will include Sting and Shaggy, who will celebrate the 30th anniversary of his breakthrough album Mr Lover Lover in Ostrava. Also performing will be the American duo Chainsmokers, K-pop artist DPR IAN, and French electro wizards Justice.
The line-up at Rock for People (11. – 15. 6. 2025) will host Californian heavy metal giants Avenged Sevenfold, Slipknot, and the pioneers of the punk rock subculture, Sex Pistols. The star-studded trio will be joined by iconic bands such as Linkin Park and Guns N’ Roses with Axl Rose and Slash, among others.

Visitors to Metronome Prague 2025 (19.- 21.6. 2025) can look forward to hits like Ironic and Thank U by Canadian singer Alanis Morissette, or the banger Human performed by Rory Graham, alias Rag'n'Bone Man, who has also collaborated with Gorillaz, Logic, Calvin Harris, and Pink. With the South African group Die Antwoord, visitors will experience the wildest party in the world.

Heavy metal fans are in for a treat at the Masters of Rock festival (10. 7. – 13. 7. 2025), featuring Powerwolf, HammerFall, Apocalyptica, and a solo project by Rammstein singer Till Lindemann.
Dance music lovers should not miss Beats for love Ostrava (2. — 5. 7. 2025), headlined by none other than Armin van Buuren, five-time winner of the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs poll and the creator of megahits such as Blah Blah Blah and This Is What It Feels Like. The festival will also feature Australian DJ Timmy Trumpet, and the world’s top DJ duo Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, rightful kings of Tomorrowland, will not be missing either.

Attendance at the Brutal Assault festival in Jaroměř (6–9 August 2025), held in the midst of an 18th-century fortress town, has been confirmed by acts such as 3 INCHES OF BLOOD from Canada and Texan occultists ABSU.
At the Benátská!s Impulsem! festival (24–27 July 2025), Dave Stewart of EURYTHMICS feat. Vanessa Amorosi will perform, along with Liz Mitchell of Boney M, who was the lead voice of the group during its most iconic era in the 1970s and 1980s.
Our last tip is from picturesque South Bohemia. At the Mighty Sounds (27. – 29. 6. 2025 at Airport Čápův Dvůr, Tábor) festival you can groove to bands such as punk legend Lagwagon or Mad Caddies from California.
