Czech and international gastronomy dishes are prepared for you by chefs under the direction of chef Petr Seibert. Every six months, the chefs prepare a new menu so that our guests have the opportunity to try something new. Every month we also organize themed events, such as pumpkin specialties, venison feasts. In addition to good food, guests can also appreciate a wide range of wines, mostly domestic. However, there is also foreign selection of wines.
