I make cakes, mini cakes, classic, non-traditional and wedding cakes. I also make wedding cakes or products of a more durable nature. All this using classic methods from basic ingredients (no mixes or improving preparations are used). Our recipes are based on the Technological Standards from 1958-1985 and the Czech Confectionery BH. Some others were created by reading other books, both old and new.
