Taste the best wine inside a giant concrete wave in the vineyards
Taste the wine of the regular winner of the prestigious national competition for the best Czech wines. You'll find the winery offering guided wine tastings in the middle of vineyards just outside Znojmo. You definitely won't miss it - the architecturally prized concrete building resembles a giant wave.
The main idea of the design is a motif of the rows of vines, recurring throughout the whole building. The main unique feature is the walking roof, which is also used as a summer amphitheatre for various events.
Wine tasting can be enjoyed in the architecturally unique winery with a summer amphitheatre, in the modern cellar with a design bar, on the terrace of the wine castle in the middle of the vineyards, in the traditional wine cellar among oak barrels and concrete tanks or just in the middle of vinyards under the shining sun.

Czech Traditions
Regional specialities of Czech gastronomy are presented by the CzechTraditions project. And it is not just about the food. A long-tradition in the Czech Republic has been enjoyed by wine-making, which boldly rivals the wine superpowers of France and Italy. Rated among the best in the world, the beer produced in the country is considered to be a Czech national treasure. Traditional specialities, to be found nowhere else but the Czech Republic, are scattered around the country. Olomouc tvarůžky, crispy gingerbread from Pardubice, pickled gherkins from Znojmo, and the delicious asparagus from Ivančice are just some of many.
