When at the end of the 20th century the last car full of tin ore rolled out of the mines near Krásno, a more than thousand-year tradition of mining came to an end. On the premises of the historic William tin mine now sits the very nice and large Mining Museum. Among the things you will see here are steam engines from that era, a mining rig, a sample tunnel, mine rescue exhibition, and more attractions. The big attraction is the exhibition of mining transport with locomotives and different types of cars. From May to October you can ride the mine train around the premises of the Mining Museum.
