iQlandia in Liberec

IQlandia is a world of science and technology encompassing a planetarium and up to 400 original interactive exhibits. You can look forward to amazing experiments, a scientific fire show as well as the first humanoid type robot in the Czech Republic.

IQlandia was set up from the nearby iQpark, which has been in Liberec since 2004. After ten years of the successful popularisation of science and technology, the exposition was enlarged and thus created iQlandia. The centre now boasts that it provides answers to all questions, beginning with “Why…”.

iQpark Liberec

Science is fun, but fun is not rocket science. Come and have fun in the first Czech science centre, iQpark in Liberec. Hundreds of interactive exhibits await you spread over four floors, moving, lighting up, humming and literally urging you to play whilst learning about the laws of nature. At weekend, you will see a specially prepared science show, based on experiments with a Van de Graaff generator, with liquid nitrogen or with gases. On Sunday, you can make your own perfume. Mix a fragrance from eleven essences to precisely suit your requirements or to give as a gift to a loved one and take it home in a small flask with an atomiser as an unusual souvenir from your trip.
