In the morning and afternoon you are served by students of the Cook - Waiter course, who also work in the kitchen and participate in the preparation of meals, of course always under the supervision of vocational training teachers, cooks and waitresses. Only quality food is cooked in the kitchen. Food is made of the best available seasonal ingredients and goods are sourced from the best suppliers. The enterprise falls under the apprenticeship centre of the Bohumín Secondary School, so the aim is to teach the pupils to make all the dishes themselves and not to use semi-finished products. The only restaurant with Czech Specials certificate in Bohumín.
