Relaxation has many different forms. Some people enjoy sweating in a sauna, others prefer working out in a fitness centre. At the same time, we also do something good for our health.
Saunas and fitness centres are inherently linked to a relaxing massage, or a salt cave stay. The combination of a healthy physical activity and quality rest strengthens your immunity, which is especially important these days.

Hygienic Measures

Fitness Centres

  • Regular cleaning of the entire premises, washing the floors and touched surfaces using virucidal agents, disinfection and ventilation of all areas
