Kateřinská Cave (Catherine Cave )
A short trail, almost no steps and beautiful stalactite adornments – this is Kateřinská Cave.
Kateřinská (Catherine) Cave is located in the heart of the Moravian Karst just a ways from Rock Mill and the Punkevní caves. The tour lasts approximately half an hour and takes you through two large domes and corridors. The most beautiful parts of Kateřinská Cave are the colorful illuminated formations of Witch and the Bamboo Grove, a group of extremely thin and several meter-high stick-like stalagmites. Thanks to its excellent acoustics, concerts are regularly held in the 95 meter-long and 44 meter-wide main dome.

Punkva Caves
The Moravian Karst is the biggest and most significant karst region in the Czech Republic. Its attractions include several subterranean areas, with the greatest interest traditionally being in the Punkva Caves, where, apart from cathedrals of stalagmites and stalactites, you can also visit the bottom of Macocha Abyss and take a boat along the subterranean Punkva River.
